There are various reasons why this may have happened ranging from validity of card/net banking details, insufficient funds in the account to technical difficulties. If you were recently issued a new card, some of the information may have changed. In that case, please confirm your credit card details and try again. SHIPPING & RETURNS POLICY

Purchases are shipped from our warehouse In Alleppey, Kerala by India Post and through private courier partners. We don’t offer international shipping option at this time, but we hope to offer it in the future.

We try to process the orders as quickly as we receive them . All orders are processed within 2 business days. You can expect delivery of the order within 4-5 business days. For locations which are in the interiors or in difficult coverage area, this may take between 7-8 working days
If you are shipping to a hotel/hostel, please keep in mind that orders can take up to 7 business days to process. We are not accountable if you are not there to receive it.
Please be advised that shipments are not sent out on Saturdays, Sundays or any public holidays. We do not guarantee arrival dates or times and it is dependent on the courier partner and location.

For Inside Kerala Orders:
For all orders , a flat shipping fee of Rs 60/- will be levied. We dont charge any additional Courier Charges, Custom charges or handling rates. This charge is uniform and applicable upto 5 kgs.
For Outside Kerala Orders:
For all orders , a flat shipping fee of Rs 80/- will be levied.We dont charge any additional Courier Charges, Custom charges or handling rates. This charge is uniform and applicable upto 5 kgs.

Once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse, we will send you an email with your online tracking information.

Orders cannot be canceled or modified after they’ve been placed.

All items, once dispatched, are considered final sale and will be liable for cancellation only as per the below mentioned terms.

Cancellation of orders can be done only if the order has not been dispatched from our warehouse. There will be a cancellation charge of Rs. 50/- for domestic orders. Once orders have been dispatched, we cannot issue a cancellation.

Due to the nature of our all natural products, we cannot assure the purity of merchandise once it has been shipped. For safety and hygiene reasons this merchandise cannot be restocked or resold so we do not accept returns.
